One number. No meter.
Flat rate, up front, in writing.
Every rescue has one locked price — from $2,000 — agreed before work starts and delivered in 48 hours. Internally, each ticket is up to 8 hours of hands-on senior engineer work (review and diagnostics included, so it can deliver in less) inside that window. If it can't be delivered within scope, you don't pay. Need it sooner? Any ticket becomes a 12-hour express at double the flat price — your call, before payment. Want the whole picture instead of one symptom? Signature & Collector packs run from $7,500 to $25,000: the site swept root to fix, the owner on the line, results in writing.

The showdown
Same 48 hours. Two very different leagues.
Every ticket is flat-rate, 48 hours, one senior engineer. What changes between a $3,000 ticket and a $15,000 one is depth, priority, and what actually survives the handover. Watch the difference — then decide where your business belongs.
Standard gets you fixed. Quietly, correctly, at a flat price you approved first.
Gold gets you fixed like you are the only client in the queue — then hands you the how and the why, so you don't call us twice.
If you picked standard while knowing the problem is bigger — that little pinch is real. It's not an upsell; it's your own business telling you it's worth more than one symptom at a time. Gold exists so that pinch has somewhere to go: one flat price, the whole problem, proof in the handover — and the kind of client who comes back because the fix simply stuck.

Booking happens in two beats: email the symptom, approve the locked price. Then you receive a secure Lemon Squeezy payment link — pay by card or the methods Lemon Squeezy / Wise offers, keep one locked invoice, and the 48-hour clock starts the moment the payment clears. NDA available on request; no auto-renew, ever. Running out of week? Every ticket also has a 12-hour express at 2× that you pick before payment.
Or pick any ticket above and read its full scope first.
Any standard rescue ticket, before payment, becomes a 12-hour express at 2× the flat price. You decide when you approve the quote. After payment, the standard 48-hour clock runs. The same rule, on every standard rescue ticket, in writing — strategy and advisory products stay flat and are reviewed personally, with no express multiplier.
The arithmetic behind the rush
What is being offline actually costing you?
No scare tactics, just arithmetic: if demand lands while your site or checkout is down, that money sits there uncollected. Move one slider and watch the numbers change.
Now put a flat-rate rescue next to it: $2,000–$5,000 for the fix, 48h standard or 12h at 2× — your choice, before payment. Either the rescue pays for itself fast, or you were fine without it. That is the honest test.
The baseline on every ticket
Whatever you rescue, you receive the same five things
The handover standard doesn't change with the price — $2,000 or $5,000, you get the fix, the log, the doc, your keys, and one locked invoice.
-
01
The fix, within scopeThe symptom you booked is resolved, tested, and verified working before I say "done".
-
02
The rescue logWhat was broken, what I changed, what to watch — written down and yours to keep.
-
03
Plain-English handover docReadable by the owner, not just the IT team: access, config, and the "what next" in one file.
-
04
Every key stays yoursAccounts, credentials, and access stay under your control — nothing changes owner.
-
05
One locked invoiceThe flat rate you approved, in USD, agreed in writing before work started.

What a rescue is not
So you know exactly what you're not buying
A rescue is a defined transaction, not a relationship. Here is what that means honestly.
You're not hiring someone to "be there." You're buying one defined outcome, already priced.
No monthly fee, no auto-renew. You pay one flat invoice per rescue, when the work ends.
No 6-week sprints, no "phase two." A 48-hour rescue the week you're in — done, documented, delivered.
One engineer, end to end. The person diagnosing is the person fixing, testing, and writing the report.
Plain answers
Questions about the numbers
Are these really the final prices?
Yes. The number on the ticket is the number on the invoice. Price is locked when the rescue is agreed, before any work starts — the opposite of an hourly meter that only goes up.
Do you charge for the diagnosis?
No. Telling you whether it's fixable, roughly what it will take, and which ticket fits is part of the 12-hour reply. You only decide to pay once you've seen a flat price you can approve.
What if the real problem is bigger than the ticket I picked?
During diagnosis you'll hear it straight. If scope genuinely grows, you get a new flat-rate quote for approval first — new work never starts without a yes from you.
Does the same flat price cover Shopify, WordPress or Wix sites?
Yes. The ticket is not tied to a specific platform — whether your business runs on Shopify, WordPress and WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, BigCommerce, or a custom-built site, the flat price and the 48-hour clock are the same.
How does payment work from the US?
You get a written scope and a USD invoice, and the payment link is processed online by Lemon Squeezy or PayPal — PCI-compliant processors. Terms are plain English in the working agreement on /legal/. Payment starts only after you approve the locked price.
How do I actually pay?
By a secure Lemon Squeezy link (card / Apple Pay / Google Pay), straight through PayPal, e.g. by PayPal checkout, or a US bank transfer via Wise Business, sent after you approve the locked scope — all major cards, Cash App Pay and bank options, in USD. You get one locked invoice and the 48-hour clock starts when the payment clears.
Can a rescue be delivered faster than 48 hours?
Yes — a 12-hour express at double the flat price, chosen before you pay. It is a defined rush option on every ticket, not a meter: same locked price logic, half the window, published on each ticket. After payment, the standard 48-hour clock applies.
What happens if you can't fix it?
No fix, no fee — you don't pay. And you keep the rescue log: the evidence, the diagnosis, and the handover of anything we already corrected.
