A human, not a ticket queue

Talk to the engineer who does the work.

One message starts the clock. You get a plain-English reply within 12 hours, 7 days a week — and if it's a rescue, the flat-rate ticket that fits.

What happens after you write

  • 0–12 hours — reply in plain English: is this fixable, which rescue fits, and the flat price.
  • You approve — the price is locked and the diagnosis starts.
  • Access handover — you get a typed checklist of the exact access needed (by rescue type) and a secure one-time link to send it. Nothing extra is collected.
  • 48 hours — delivered with the rescue log: what was broken, what changed, what to watch.

Include these five things

  • The URL of the website (even if it's already down)
  • What it was doing the last time it was fine
  • When it changed — "yesterday" tells me more than "it's broken"
  • Who else has access (hosting, domain, payment accounts)
  • Whether we could talk by phone if interviews needed access

Emergency vs. scheduled

Reaching me now site down, hacked, checkout failing — is what the rescue is for; say so in the first line.

Planning ahead — pre-sale tune-ups, migrations, PCI checks — still reply within 12 hours, just with the scheduled lane.

When you approve: how access is handed over safely

You'll never be asked to paste a password into an email. After approval, you get a typed checklist of the access each rescue actually needs — coherent with the work, not a fishing expedition — plus a one-time secret link to send credentials over an encrypted channel.

  • Passwords go by a one-time secret link, never in plain email
  • IP: server-side rescues get our egress IP to allowlist — or you share the server IP + port
  • Minimum access: read-only where possible, extra only when the diagnosis needs it
  • Credentials are deleted or rotated the moment the rescue is done
  • NDA on request; standard confidentiality is in the working agreement

IP: for server-side rescues we give you our egress IP to allowlist, or you share the server's public IP and port. Passwords: only where they apply, over the secure channel, and deleted or rotated when the rescue ends.

Honest fit check, in advance

Not for: $2k/month retainers, unpaid "just a quick look" requests, or places that need us to run their business forever. For: a defined rescue, a locked price, and a fixed 48-hour handover.

Working in English, in US business hours, from a remote office with a written agreement. Timezone gaps are covered by the 12-hour reply promise — which is why that number is a promise, not an aspiration.

Send the symptom. Nothing else.

Flat rate, 48 hours, no fix no fee. The reply is on me within 12.
